SHIPPING

  • We offer free shipping within Australia using Express Post next day business delivery by Australia Post with a signature required on delivery. If the delivery address is outside the delivery area we cannot guarantee next day delivery and Australia Post will choose the fastest delivery method.

 

  • Please note that we ship items from Monday to Thursday, but not on Fridays.

  • International delivery is unavailable.

RING SIZING

  • We recommend you have your finger size measured by a professional jeweller so that the size you order is correct. Please bear in mind that wide rings require an additional half size.

  • In the event that the ring is a surprise, we will liaise with you to ascertain a size. If the size in incorrect, you may either visit us at our workshop or send your ring back to us for resizing at no additional charge (gold and platinum only as some metals are unable to be resized).

  • If you have ordered the incorrect size you may either visit us at our workshop or send your ring back to us for resizing.  A resizing cost is applicable and is dependent on the number of sizes, up or down, that your ring requires.​

OUR GUARANTEE

  • If for any reason our product does not meet the standard as set out by us for your item we will gladly accept the return of the item and refund the full amount. You may either visit us at our workshop or send your item back to us.

  • We will gladly exchange your item for another of equal or greater value if the item is a gift and is not is well received. You may either visit us at our workshop or send your item back to us for exchange.

RETURNS

  • All items that are available to purchase in our Online Store are also available to view and try on in our workshop. Please contact us to book an appointment to view our range.

 

  • We also have many items in-store that are not shown on our website. Please contact us to book an appointment to view our range.​
